You'll have plenty of room to socialize with the large, open living and dining area or you can relax and take in the fresh air on the screened front porch. This home has a double bed with private bathroom in the main bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a twin bed in the third bedroom. There's also a sleep chair (see pic) in the living room area so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. You'll also enjoy complimentary high speed internet/wifi, cable TV and a full sized washer and dryer. You can fit one or two vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles, and there is also plenty of free street parking in front of or near the house. This home is close to restaurants, shopping, etc and the community has 2 swimming pools and tennis courts.
Linens are not included in this unit but rental options are available. Linens can be rented for $104.65. A linen rental includes sheets for all beds, pillowcases, hand towels for each bathroom, and a bath towel for each occupant.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
