Come and be awed by the incredible bayfront setting of this two-bedroom home in North Ocean City. It's a scene you can admire from the dock, the deck, and inside the house as well, whether you're watching the sunrise over the water or the summer fireworks illuminating the night sky.
This home enjoys a prime waterfront location only three-quarters of a mile from the beach, with beach chairs, a boogie board, and sand toys provided. It's a short stroll to restaurants, bars, shops, and Northside Park - Ocean City's largest park with free concerts, summer fireworks on Sundays, and kayak and paddleboard rentals.
Within the community, you'll have access to two pools, a kids' wading pool, tennis/pickleball courts with pickleball paddles provided, nine holes of mini-golf, and a shuffleboard court. There's also a bayfront boardwalk with fishing piers, an open park, and the eight-acre Walkers Pond with a half-mile paved walking path.
The home's setting and floor plan create the atmosphere of a captain's quarters, where each space is smartly arranged and maximized. The kitchen has dual peninsulas, a breakfast bar to one side, and a bayfront dining space to the other. It opens to the large back deck, where you can grill and dine on summer evenings, and the private dock below. There's also a 300-square-foot screened porch that runs alongside the house.
After a day spent swimming, jet-skiing, or kayaking, you'll be greeted back at home by an outdoor shower, central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer for your swimsuits, as well as two streaming-capable TVs and high-speed WiFi for your evening entertainment.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Dock details: The dock can be used to tie up a boat up to 24 feet, kayaks, or jet skis. The boat lift is not available for guest use.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
