Take a leisurely stroll along the scenic coastal pathways, or enjoy the proximity (less than 5 min walk) to the restaurants and shops for entertainment!
- Walk to the end of the block and across the street and you're at the beach! 3 minute walk (back porch faces the beach). - 5 minute walk (3 blocks) to main street (Avenida La Playa) where you will find a variety of restaurants and shops - street parking is the only option and it is very limited so this location is very convenient!
- 4 minute walk to Kellogg Park Playground and grass area.
- Multi-level home with stairs and baby gates on both levels for your peace of mind.
- Upper level: Master Bedroom with full bath/walk-in-closet and partial ocean view, Kitchen, Dining table, living room, BBQ and dining patio, back Patio with partial ocean view.
- Lower level: 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, (1 bedroom has a bathroom next to it and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom - Jack and Jill) TV room/playroom and laundry.
