*We have a strict no party / loud music rule. There is a minimum fine of $500.
*The backyard is not included or accessible.
*No gathering outside in the front of the house.
*Outdoor quiet hours start at 10pm and run until 7am.
*No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. There is a cleaning fee of $500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected.
*No shoes inside the property. Please place your shoes on the shoe rack indoors to keep the house clean for your and future guests' stays. Indoor slippers are provided
*Check-in time is 4PM-12am (fees apply after 10pm)
*No extra / overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation).
*No mail delivered here (unless personally arranged ahead of time)
*No unplugging electronics like TVs, appliances, etc
