The Neighborhood:
Known for the Spanish villas by the sea San Clemente feels like a small surf town with great restaurants within minutes drive. Located directly across the street from Califia State Park and campground. A Picturesque beachfront park providing swimming, surfing & open recreational space with bluff views. Opposite end of the street is San Clemente Municipal golf course and mountain biking trails. If you are looking for world class surfing and beach views Trestles is 1.2 miles and 4 min bike ride away.
Getting Around:
There are two parking spots in the rear alley of the duplex. There is additional street parking and guest parking available in the nearby trestles outlet parking lot.
