Summary: The location of the hotel is actually very nice It's close to the metro and many central areas. The staff were also very helpful and kind. However, on the second day of my stay, when I returned to the room around noon, I saw one or two bugs on the bed. Since I had just opened the window a few minutes earlier, I assumed they had come from outside and didn’t think much of it. But later that evening, I noticed that there were tiny tiny bugs on the floor around the bed. I immediately called reception and said I wanted to change rooms. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful, and they moved me to a different room. Still, from that point on, I continued my stay feeling very uncomfortable. Since I had already paid for the room and I knew there is no refund policy and I was also on a business trip — I had to complete my stay. Also
