Summary: helpful staff, convenient location, next to underground and metrobus station and many restaurants and shops around but... No elevator, no breakfast, no lobby, even reception is so tiny under the stairs that it's difficult to stand 2 people next to each other. Overpriced. Rooms smell smoke and a bit worn out. Rooms on the main road side are noisy.
