Summary: The room 209 was deplorable, wallpaper peeling of wall, toilet door would not close at all, water from shower flooding floor (danger of slipping) toilet seat broken, water from floor affecting door facings rising damp. Pillowcases never changed and we had been sweating all night they were damp, large bed crammed into VERY SMALL ROOM, mattress needing renewed, broken plastic coat hangers in Wardrobe that had never seen a duster, room totally inadequate. Apart from the room the bar staff were pleasant and welcoming, only 1 who was rude, “Rog” above and beyond lovely manners. Couldn’t recommend it on the strength of the room we had.
