House is located just south of downtown St. Augustine, by beautiful Crescent and historical Butler beaches. Situated within a short drive from downtown and a short walk to the beach as well as the Intracoastal waterway. Perfect for those that enjoy downtown exploring, shopping as well as the beach, boating, kayaking and fishing. Several beach access ramps (one of which is private to the neighborhood) and two boat launch ramps within a mile. Restaurants, beach toys, surfboards, fishing gear, kayaks and boat rentals are just around the corner.
Completely renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath house with large yard and enough on property parking for multiple cars. We own an extra lot next door for RV parking, water and power can be made available. there is a daily $25 charge for each additional guest ( not to exceed 10 including house guests) occupying the RV. Large covered backyard deck for out door lounging, dining and barbecuing. The front yard features an authentic native Indian Tiki hut with comfortable outdoor furniture for a perfect afternoon or evening. The house has all the conveniences necessary to make your stay comfortable, including washer and dryer, beach towels, outdoor shower, outdoor kids swing set, horse shoe pit, bean bag toss and a fire pit.
