Summary: Staff were amazing and respectful Although I booked non smoking room, the smell of cigarette from neighbouring room was extremely strong and lingered in my room. The sound insulation was very poor and I could hear a lot of intimate sounds from neighbouring room which I didn’t not appreciate.
