Built in 1967 this fantastic home has vintage terrazzo floors, oversized bedrooms, all en-suite and an amazing den with adjoining bath. Soaring ceilings, incredible living room with fireplace overlooks the pool area which is perhaps one of the most unique pools in all of Palm Springs. Floor to ceiling windows, incredible furniture with fabrics designed by world renowned designer. Custom furnishings, period fixtures and so many more surprises.
A circular driveway greets you as you arrive. The gated entry directs you up one of two grand staircases to the pool area. A great place to enjoy privacy and seclusion and the feeling of Old Hollywood.
PLEASE NOTE: The $1,500.00 "PROPERTY FEE" is a fully refundable "performance deposit". The $99.00 Insurance policy required is a accidental damage protection policy.
