Positive: After our stay, the hotel contacted us personally to address our feedback, and we truly appreciate their care and commitment to guest satisfaction. It means a lot when a hotel listens to guests and takes their comments seriously. What we especially want to highlight is the wonderful service. The staff throughout the hotel were kind, helpful and attentive, always ready to assist and make our stay comfortable. Their hospitality really stands out. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and housekeeping maintained a high standard. We also enjoyed the food – even during the low season it was tasty and well prepared. The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. The long sandy beach, the view of the mountains and the lush greenery around the property create a very relaxing atmosphere. It is a lovely place to spend time with family. We also appreciate the management’s openness and their willingness to improve and respond to guest feedback. This shows a genuine dedication to providing a great experience. Thank you to the whole team for their effort and care.

Negative: One more thing that might be useful for some travelers to know – during our stay most of the guests were Russian. We are not interested in bringing politics into travel, but for some visitors from Poland this might be something they would like to be aware of when choosing a hotel. Apart from that, the atmosphere in the hotel was calm and the staff remained friendly and professional with everyone.
