Summary: Because I had stayed at this hotel a few days before my second stay, I chose it again when returning from abroad. However, upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that there were no rooms available (the room I booked through hotels.com had been sold to someone else) and asked if I could stay at their other hotel just across the street. Since I was only staying one night, I accepted. However, the room I stayed at the other hotel was vastly different in quality from this one. The cleanliness was poor. The TV channels were not receiving signals and the TV's internet connection and applications were not working. The toilet seat was broken. There was no outlet where the kettle for tea and coffee was supposed to be. If you book this hotel through any website, call either the website or the hotel to confirm they won't sell your room.
