Summary: First time staying in this hotel, which is part of a complex of 3 hotels. We usually stay in the Santido hotel..we tried to extend our stay, as our family were going back to the UK and we wanted to stay for an extra couple of nights, but the hotel was fully booked. So we stayed in the Aishen hotel, which in our opinion is best suited to families. Big shout out to the receptionist who was extremely busy and she was on her own. All staff were excellent. X
