Summary: The room was not ready before our arrival. Honeymoon decoration not made even though previously asked for. Plumbery problem from the first minutes badly managed. A room changed - Air conditioner not working - hot water in jacuzzi not working. We even quit by the first night. Asked for refund for the night not consumed upon all these problems : the answer was No.
