The Jaw Dropping Views from this property are thanks to the location on the cliffside of Mt Washington. The road to the property is steep and narrow and can be a challenge in winter weather conditions. While the City will maintain the road, we have no control over how soon or how often plowing and salting will occur. Therefore, we recommend that you consider using an all wheel drive vehicle during your winter visit. Motorcycles and two wheel drive vehicles are not optimal during snow events. Furthermore, large vehicles like RV's or oversized passenger vans will not fit on the streets or driveway and not recommended at any time of the year. Consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance in the winter months in case you are unable to access the property during your booked dates.
