Our villa offers accommodation for up to 6+2 people with its unique view, large garden, original architecture and central location.

Place
Our villa is 1 minute walking distance to Dalyan canal and 5 minutes walking distance to Dalyan center. It is located in a garden of approximately 900m2. The garden and the whole house will be in the use of our renting guests and will not be shared with anyone.

We say that the architecture of our villa is original, so why? :)
The two blocks you see in the pictures meet in the stone courtyard in the middle. This courtyard creates shadow areas throughout the day and offers a double-sided view. We are sure that you will love reading, chatting, listening to the birds around, watching the sky, eating and drinking in front of the mountain view or the pool in this miniature courtyard :)

How is the layout of the two blocks? The master bedrooms are on the first floor, we also have a room with two single beds and a bathroom on the ground floor (We can provide an extra bed if needed). Our living room, on the other hand, has an open kitchen layout and has all kinds of equipment to make the life of 6 people easier.
All of our rooms lead to this central courtyard.

With the original architecture, we have created both personal spaces and common spaces where you can spend time with pleasure.

We have a 30 m2 pool and sunbathing areas in our garden.

The poolside, the stone courtyard, the shade of the palm trees or the slope of the pink and white bougainvillea! Whichever you want to experience, Villa will offer you all these beauties :)

The garden, pool, sunbathing areas, miniature courtyard, two double bedrooms, one two single bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with an open kitchen are for the use of the lessor only and cannot be shared with anyone. Our villa is surrounded by a fence, thus providing privacy. There are many places for car parking on our street.
