The fixed dock allows guests to truly access the water: swim, paddleboard, kayak, grab a fishing rod, or bring your own boat, all provided. When the sun is setting, it's time to jump in the 6-person hot tub while you watch the boats cruising by.
With 3 bedrooms and a walkout basement with a futon, there is plenty of room for large families or families traveling together.
The Master bedroom suite is a retreat in itself, with a luxurious Carrara marble walk-in shower and a custom marble double vanity; you will feel pampered. Wake up to sweeping views of the Sakonnet River and step out onto your private deck to take in the morning light. After a long day on the water, sink into the king pillow-top mattress and fall asleep to the calming sounds of the ocean.

There are two deck levels: one wraps around three sides of the house, and the other, at ground level, features the hot tub.
This is the perfect location to access all that the Rhode Island shore has to offer. Downtown Newport is a short 20-minute drive, hit First or Second beach in 15 minutes, or head to Third beach by boat or car. In the rare event that the weather isn't perfect, head to Greenvale or Newport vineyards for tastings, or visit Sweetberry Farm for fresh fruit, produce, and farm-to-table prepared food.
