This sun filled, authentic NYC apartment is completely renovated with top of the line finishes while preserving the history of the townhouse that it's in. It is a 2500 square foot duplex with the 1st floor having the kitchen/dining room/living room as well as the 3rd bedroom and attached full bath. The second floor has 3 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms as well as a washer/dryer. There is also an entrance foyer to help with luggage and jackets. 2nd Floor has skylights in the bathrooms and hallways making it very bright, 1st floor has extra high ceilings and very large windows to bring the light in. We provide everything from hotel quality bedding, towels to bath amenities and a pack and play so you can pack light. We also keep the apartment free of clutter and personal items so you can make it your own. Central location, 2 blocks to subway, 5 minute walk to Empire State Building and Macy's. The playground right around the corner and a larger one just 3 blocks away and the residential, safe neighborhood makes this the perfect family stay. ABSOLUTELY no loud parties and events allowed. Please know that the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Our caretakers meet you to take your luggage, there's room for small strollers in the lobby. We provide a pack and play.
