Positive: The hosts made us feel very welcome and our property ( a one bedroom spacious apartment on the first floor) was just as described and perfect for our requirements. The large kitchen space was extremely useful and the property is situated in a very quiet part of town near the Saturday market. There is an excellent supermarket within walking distance and some lovely Turkish restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was only used by my wife and I and that was a big bonus! The two balconies offered lovely views with plenty of space to sit out and eat and drink.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like although our bedroom was on the smallish side and would not suit everyone but was fine for us. It was a 10-15 minute walk into the town centre which was not a problem but maybe too long for people who don't walk a great deal. However there are several different routes into Dalyan on foot ( with cafe stops!!) and most routes are very interesting.

Summary: Our apartment was perfect for us and we will certainly return to stay with such wonderful hosts.
