Summary: We had a very short stay at the hotel but the front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Our room was nice, the kids wish we had stayed longer to try out the pool! The location was nice and quiet, the only reason I rated it down slightly was that it was a bit far from the city center and a bit uphill from any shops. Nice views from the hotel though, and not far from the main bus terminal.
