Our place, a historical building, is centrally located in Beyoglu which is in the historical area of Istanbul.
The place is 10 min walking distance to Istiklal Street, bars, traditional restaurants, and night clubs. It is also very close to most important historical places such as Eminonu, Galata, Sultanahmet. Easy access to public transportation.
The metro and bus stations are 1 km and 350 m away, respectively.
It is located in the residential area. So it is important to be quite after 10 pm.
The space
It is a studio flat with a patio. There is a small table and two chairs in the patio. In the flat there are a queen size double bed (140*200 cm) and an armchair that can be converted to a bed. The flat has a flat screen TV, a washer, a drying rack, dining table with four chairs, a coffee table, a nightstand, an iron, an iron table, a hair dryer, a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electrical stove, a kettle, a fridge, all kind of cooking equipment, detergent for dishes.
One bottle of water (1,5 liter), coffee, coffee mate, tea bags, sugar, salt and pepper are complimentary on arrival. We provide shampoo and liquid soap in the bathroom. Linens, towels, toilet paper, and paper towel are also provided.
We provide microwave and portable oven upon request.
The flat has free wireless internet, satellite TV, A/C, central natural gas heating. The building does not have an elevator.
Free luggage storage is available for early check in and late checkout. Free cleaning service is arranged for stays longer than a week.
