The comfortable seating invites you to sit back and relax after a long day out or enjoy an evening in with your favorite movies on the large-screen smart TV. And when it's time to enjoy a home-cooked meal, you'll have plenty of space to gather with your loved ones around the formal dining table that seats up to 7. Additional barstool seating along the counter is perfect for casual dining and snacks. You'll love spending time in the spacious kitchen with its wide countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful open shelving. The high-end homeware adds a touch of refinement to this functional yet inviting space! If you have barbeque fans in your group, a community charcoal grill within the complex is available for guest's use.

- 2 parking spaces (1 assigned and 1 unassigned) are available. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.
- Community outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
