Summary: The hotel is very beautiful, and overall everything was okay. However, the room cleaning was disappointing. The cleaners didn’t clean the room properly, which is not acceptable for a five-star hotel. Also, the staff were not very friendly, which affected the overall experience. I hope the management can improve the housekeeping and staff attitude in the future.
