Positive: The hotel is amazing, and being in ElMontaza is a huge plus. There are multiple historical locations nearby that you must visit, especially the royal greenhouse. The location is wonderful, the view from the room is amazing. You have direct access to the amazing sandy beach. The breakfast was very good and there are multiple varieties. Overall, we had an joyful stay and we will definitely come back.

Negative: Just 2 points: - The kids club and heated pool were in other building, and we need to take Golf-Car to go there. They are available and for free, but the number of cars need to increase because sometimes we had to wait for long. - They have to work on providing guided tours in ElMontaza and its historical buildings
