Located in beautiful sought after University Park Country Club this 2,700 sq. ft. 4 bedroom/3 bath pool home has it all! This home is situated in a pristine and well-kept, guarded and gated community on a nicely landscaped lot with privacy.
You will find relaxing by the pool is quite the treat and exactly what you have been looking forward due to our mild and beautiful weather year around here in Florida. The very large lanai (1,300 Sq. Ft.) features an outdoor kitchen including a gas grill, wash sink, mini fridge and seating for 12. The owners have recently added some beautiful art sculptures outside. Have fun enjoying some friendly competition for the whole family at a challenging game of Ping Pong on the lanai!!
Most recent upgrades include a completely remodeled gourmet kitchen to capture all your cooking and entertaining desires. New granite counters, cabinets and brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances have been added. Smaller appliances include a coffee pot, microwave and toaster. This kitchen is a must see and is fully loaded and stocked for your every day needs and perfect for entertaining your guests. There is an island and breakfast bar to seat four and a kitchen table to seat six and a separate formal dining area that comfortably seats six.
The home has new flooring throughout. Beautiful earth tile throughout the living area and all four bedrooms are carpeted. You will see hand painted murals in every room of the house - a unique feature not all homes have! All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have an abundant amount of closet space and more than enough drawer space for storage. All bedrooms provide Queen size beds and the 4th bedroom is equipped w/ two Twins.
The Master Bath has been beautifully upgraded and redesigned to include a his/her sink and a deep dish tub for those relaxing nights after a tough match of tennis, a long lazy day of golf or after walking miles of white sandy beaches.
This gorgeous home has a two car garage and a nice size laundry facility. Also, included in your stay, are three adult bicycles to use at your leisure. Helmets are included with the bicycles.
Centrally located within University Park Country Club you will be able to enjoy a well manicured golf course, consisting of 27 holes, designed by Ron Garl. While offering a challenge, the course is excellent for all skill levels. Surrounding the home you will find easy access to protected trails to walk, run or bike.
Located a very short drive you are very close to the brand new University Town Center (wow!), grocery stores (Publix, Whole Foods and Fresh Market are local favorites), casual to fine dining restaurants, arts, culture, theaters and of course, located close to our #1 beaches in the USA, Siesta Key Beaches. This property offers close access to I-75 and SRQ Airport. It is also only a one hour drive to Tampa International Airport.
