Summary: I would have given them a 5 star for sure. But i got sick because of the heat system they have, they control the heating system from the reception as well. I was freezing all night and also i got up the next day there was no hot water in the shower. So i had to go to hamam. Now i am sick and my entire vacation is missed up.
