Consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, delightful bright open plan lounge with fitted kitchen and patio doors onto a spacious balcony. The community has been designed and built by one of Side’s premiere developers with a history of quality homes in superbly designed communities….AND in every case they have been very very popular with guests spending holidays here. Already we have had several happy guests raving about the home. You do not need a car and can walk in a few minutes to shops and some excellent restaurants. In addition you can walk to the beach although we provide many free shuttles on call both to the beaches and into old Side. Plus within a few minutes walk are several popular restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the main street in SIDE in under 10 minutes. The community is safe and secure, great for all ages and somewhere where parents can relax whilst children play in the children’s playground. Further more it is a great all year round option for winter sun with a heated indoor pool, gym and sauna We have more photos and also ask for our free online video of SIDE resort. To summarize Hill Side provides a high quality home in a luxurious community and ticks all the holiday boxes. We always believe having a great annual holiday is based around the right accommodation so when you are adding up total holiday costs, door to door, remember per person a variance of £30 for example on what you pay for the accommodation is a fraction of the total and should not be a consideration.
