Summary: Good; Location is great if you want to be right in the action. Bed was clean and comfortable for one night solo. Cheap price. Bad: lock is almost worthless, no seat on toilet, shower door does not close, tap on sink stuck, sink was cut to fit, hole in floor, very small room, no control for a/c.
