Positive: Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel has good facilities including spa and gym. Was very close to public transport.

Negative: Hotel has only approx 10 parking spaces. We booked one triple room + 1 parking space - which later in we realized it was misleading. Parking area is very very crowded and narrow space. My car was scratched by some other driver mainly due to lack of maneuvre space. The bathroom was not heated and was very very cold. Room was smelling of cigarettes smoke. Sofa was very dirty / stained. Close to University hospital - lots of people with bandages after doing their hair implant or nose surgeries.
