Summary: This hotel is a hidden gem!
We stayed here for 11 nights in Sep/Oct 2025 and absolutely loved it.
The hotel is minutes away from the port and the old town, with lots of shops and restaurants close by, but a note to consider - access to the hotel from the old town is up a steep flight of steps, (the staff will meet you and carry your luggage up and down), but something to consider if you have mobility issues. If you don't, don't let steps put you off!
The hotel is a beautiful arrangement of small buildings, with only a handful of rooms in each.
We had a premium room and it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The staff are dedicated to your comfort, so if you needed a softer/harder pillow they can provide.
There is a bar terrace at the very top (more stairs) with comfy chairs and fantastic views over the town. It's a wonderful place to have a drink and watch the sun set and the boats depart.
Breakfasts are amazing! All vegetarian, great spread of turkish eats/delights - menemen, olives, fruit, pastries, jams, breads, hummus and dips, and slightly different everyday. My partner is vegan and the staff were amazing at adjusting foods for him and ensuring he had lots to eat. Kept us going until dinner time.
Lastly, the staff were wonderful, incredibly friendly and Melek (the manager) helped us organise all of our excursions, restaurant bookings and transfers.
Would I go back? Absolutely - in a heartbeat!

Summary: Staff was great, location a few steps from the restaurants. Driving the last few blocks was an adventure. Breakfast was overly generous, and you can't walk away hungry.

Summary: The staff was warm and friendly. You could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of your stay. The hotel area is beautifully decorated with traditional Turkish decor. We spent time each day in the lovely outdoor spaces. The Turkish breakfast was wonderful. There is a wonderful breeze from the water. The only negative, which did not affect us, is that it would be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. The parking lot is uphill from the property and town is a long walk down many unevenly spaced stairs. There is plenty of shopping and good restaurants nearby. Salespeople in Kuşadası were more aggressive than Çeşme or Alaçatı.

Summary: The hotel is just beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing. It’s walking distance to everything. The only issue was getting to the property, taxis are unable to get to the property, so you need to walk up some hills and stairs. Otherwise it was perfect.

Summary: Beautiful property. Wonderful Turkish breakfast. The property has kind and attentive staff, lovely seating garden areas, a small pool and walkways with beautiful mosaics, and a terrace with a view out to the harbor. The terrace includes a bar and some bar food. This property is a peaceful and beautiful refuge from the busy port. Don’t be put off by the stairs and area leading up to the Villa, once you enter the property it’s another world of beauty and sophistication. Kudus to the owners and staff.

Summary: The villa was beautifully furnished with many areas to relax - a couple of terraces with fabulous views and an enjoyable pool area. The bedrooms were also beautifully furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was traditional and delicious. All staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Recommended for anyone
