Positive: Wonderful villa! We were the very first guests, so everything was brand new and absolutely perfect. The villa is located on a quiet street with no nearby neighbors, offering complete privacy. There were five of us, and we felt more than comfortable. The swimming pool was especially impressive — the largest we’ve ever seen, even compared to more expensive villas. The plumbing is excellent, everything worked flawlessly. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. We usually cook ourselves, and this was the first villa where we didn’t need to buy anything extra. Overall, a truly positive experience. Highly recommended!

Negative: The doors are quite loud, and the nearby minaret can be very noisy, even at night. However, we got used to it within a day and it stopped bothering us
