Villa Lydian is a spacious villa both inside & out, lovingly renovated & improved by it’s owners in 2016, with private pool and separate childrens pool, they are always looking for more ways to ensure that Villa Lydian has everything you need & more for an amazing holiday in Dalyan.
No fighting over sunbeds round the large pool or wondering just where to find some shade, just take yourself off to the traditional style kosk and settle yourself among the cushions or watch the world go by from the terrace.
The terrace handily allows easy access to the fridge, as you enter the dining room and through to the kitchen. With an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, water machine and dishwasher.
The washing machine is in the utility room attached to the downstairs shower room, wc & hand basin.
Hide away in the sitting room and watch a DVD or catch up on the news,read a book from the selection at the villa, a bit of healthy competition with a board game or cards and there is also play-station (with a small selection of games) supplied, in air conditioned comfort and an open fireplace for chillier times. Wii & with Wii Fit, Wii Sports Resort and Zumba Fitness , nunchucks, wii motion plus & .4 controllers! Fun for kids & big kids alike
All four bedrooms are en-suite with a shower room, wc & hand basin and the first floor have two double bedrooms each with a king size bed & balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds.
The attic floor has a further two single beds and again is en-suite.
All of the bedrooms are air conditioned.
There are stair gates on the first floor that can close off both staircases to ensure the safety of any little ones, as well as a cot & high chair available for hire.
The sofas in the lounge also convert to beds if required.
There is a mini market and restaurants less than 5 minutes away and 7 minutes takes you to the square where the Saturday market is held and town.
