The Property has security cameras placed in the front area, sides, and in the back area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons for everyone safety and security. In no way this infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

A good Las Vegas iconic neighbourhood. You will get the real American suburb feeling here. This is a safe and quite neighbourhood. Please keep it down and do not bother the neighbours. No parties or loud activities what's so ever. Please respect the property and the house to help the Airbnb community grow.

Super clean, with a full-time cleaning lady before check-in and after check-out. Perfect for a long stay, and you can request extra cleaning during your stay (for a fee). We'll provide anything you need!
The house has a spacious kitchen, a nice-sized living room, new furniture, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or bake a delicious meal for your friends and family. Please ask in advance if you need anything else.
The yard has a gas BBQ.
We provide towels and anything else you'll need for your stay, including disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, hand towels, and more. We have everything!
Our place is great for families, pets, kids, and babies. We're friendly to all!
If you need a crib, high chair, or anything else, please ask before you arrive and give us at least 7 days to accommodate your needs.
The living room has a 55" smart TV with a variety of free channels and Netflix.
The backyard has a large smart TV so you can enjoy your time outdoors. Please keep the noise levels down at all times outside the house. The neighbors will contact me immediately for any loud noises. We also have sound monitoring devices all around the house, inside and out.
We're always just a message away and happy to help you with anything you need during your stay, from recommendations to extra items to a fun night out on the town.
Normal check-in time is after 4pm, but we're flexible if the house is available. Just ask in advance. Check-out is at 11am to allow for cleaning for the next guest, but we can be flexible if you ask in advance and there are no other guests checking in. (Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee.)
