Summary: The location is great — nearby shops are very convenient. Front desk staff are excellent — very professional and helpful. However, other staff members are just average, and the sauna and spa service staff are below average. Overall, it doesn’t fully feel like a 5-star hotel; more like something between 4 and 5 stars. Still, it’s the only good option in the city center.
