The Avalon House is a newly renovated vacation rental owned by Avalon Campground, a short drive to everything the South Jersey Shore has to offer. This beautiful, historic home boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry room, covered front porch and massive wrap around porch overlooking the back yard. Up to twelve guests will enjoy access to all of our campground amenities. The Avalon House is now available during our 2024 season.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this lovely historic home very much. While we have been camping in the area for the past 20 years, this was our first stay at a house. The home is conveniently located. Only minutes away from the closest beach, Cape May county zoo, grocery store, restaurants and other shopping attractions. We spent every morning and evening on the back deck. We also took full advantage of the pool after full days at the beach. I would recommend bringing a fan or sound machine to drown out the traffic while sleeping. Check in/check out procedures couldn’t be any easier. Very friendly host and staff on premises at the campground. We look forward to next years visit! Thank you for having us!
