Easy walk to neighboring parks and beaches. 5 minute drive to Old Ballard and 15 minutes to Seattle Center and Pike Place Market. 3 bedrooms each sleep 2 plus one twin and one queen air mattress can be pulled out for the floor. Use the living room couch if necessary. 1.5 baths with 3 sinks total. Lush, private yard.

Guest have private access to entire main floor of house and patio, front yard, Japanese tub and shared laundry room. The home has a tenant in the downstairs mother-in-law apartment.
This property is fully accessible with level entry ways, a single level and wide doors, there is one step down to the sunken living room. The laundry room, hot tub, and lower yard are accessible by staircase from the main home but could be accessed by the lower driveway directly.
