Treat yourself to a Mountain Getaway, located in the woods, above Lake Cle Elum near Salmon La Sac. Within minutes of the historic towns of Roslyn, Cle Elum, Suncadia resort community and Swiftwater Winery. (Access to the cabin via snowmobile in the winter, no 4 wheel drive trucks etc, roads will be closed and only accessible via snowmobiles)
Our cabin is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Pineloch Sun Cabin Resort Community Just 1.5 hours from Seattle) This quaint mountain cabin offers a peaceful escape. A hiking/snowshoeing/snowmobiling trail leads to hundreds of acres of wilderness, and anything from deer, turkey, and birds can be seen out the front windows. Located in the beautiful Central Cascades, unlimited year round recreation is just outside your doorstep!

We are holding the cabin open for 24 hours minimum between guests due to COVID, and using self-check in.

Open living area and kitchen space with high ceilings and wood burning fireplace for heat
2 bedrooms and a loft, sleeps 6 max, one full bath
Room 1 has a High Log Queen Bed
Room 2 bunk bed (twin over full bed)
Loft has 1 queen bed. (Steep stairs)
All beds have down comforters.

Great place for families, playset out front and at the end of a quiet road. Our kids played for hours outside, year round.
Every activity that the outdoors offer is accessible the minute you step out the front door. Salmon-La-Sac (hiking and cross country skiing) the gateway to the N. Cascades is a short drive, offering the most awe-inspiring mountain scenery you will ever see! A 5 minute drive to Lake Cle Elum, you can drive on the beach right to the water to enjoy boating, floating, SUP, etc. A 45 minute drive to skiing at The Summit, Snoqualmie Pass.
The expansive Wenatchee National Forest begins just minutes down the road giving you unlimited access to snowmobiling, cross country skiing, hiking, ATV and horseback trails. In the summer, don't forget the innertubes, kayaks and rafts, because the Cle Elum River and Cooper lake offer fantastic floats! For larger gas powered boating, Lake Cle Elum offers miles of shoreline and deep water boat ramps for water skiing, wake boarding or exploring! If golf is your passion, enjoy the world class Prospector Course at nearby Suncadia Resort! The historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer museums and many antique stores.
Girls Weekend: Suncadia, Swiftwater Winery, Glade Spa, Hiking, Relaxing or just enjoy drinking at the cabin.

During the winter there are endless miles of snowmobiling and snowshoeing, sledding, playing in the snow, right outside your front door. Or sitting around the woodstove fire watching a movie, playing games, drinking a hot beverage.
***During the WINTER you need a snowmobile or be willing to hike 20 minutes up to the cabin, from the parking lot with all of your stuff. Not really a good option with kids to hike up in the snow. In the winter the roads up to the Cabin Community, PineLoch Sun, are shut usually December to Spring depending on snow fall. This makes the cabin community a magical winter paradise, with no cars, just snowmobiles and sledding. We do not rent snowmobiles. 😊
