Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Staff were nice and the room was clean.

Negative: We came late at night and they didn't have warm/hot water. It was freezing do we couldn't take a shower, after a long 9 hours traveling. Additionally, even though we paid for a reserved parking space, the parking directly in front of the hotel was full so we had to park on the sidewalk. Good experience but not a 4 stars hotel at all. Other than that, everything was OK.
