Summary: We ask for extra towels from the man shift 3-11 and he said they were out of towels. Then we asked if they had housekeeping he said they come in the morning. The night shift person came in and we asked for a pillow case he said they didn’t have any but they had towels which was strange b/c the man from 3-11 said they was out of towels. Fast forward morning came I ask for housekeeping for the towels and trash they said leave it in the hallway. I went to breakfast alone came back went with the kids came back went to the pool came back the items was still in the hallway. My niece called when I went back to the pool and they finally came and picked the items up. Breakfast could have had more options. The sign for the pool says it closes at 10 but staff said pool closes at 9 and needed to lock up.
