Summary: We booked 1 night for breaking a long drive from Cappadocia to Fethiye. When we arrived around 8pm exhausted, our check-in was delayed due to some payment issue even though we already paid to Expedia upon booking. After talking to the boss on the phone and then waited for a while, he came in person to explain that Expedia hadn't paid them a lot of money for a long time. In fact he was going to sue Expedia. Although he had the rights to reject our booking there and then, he honoured it and let us stay. The room was spacious with a large fridge and even pantry area. It's sufficiently clean and comfortable but the strong cigarette smell could have triggered my wife's sinus attack. We opened our window to air the room but some vans and cars liked to stop for a while with the engine on by the road and parking space the window was facing. First time seeing an instant heater in Turkey for shower and glad that it worked well. Though both the toilet and pantry taps didn't have hot water (or we didn't run the water long enough).
